Norfolk County Council wants to work with autistic people, their parents and carers to design an adult autism social care service.

The attached a flyer provides information on a range of different activities that are available.

You can pick and choose from the activities listed. You can choose what to get involved in, based on your interests and around your availability.

You don’t need to do all of them, you can choose to do as many or few as you wish!

To confirm your interest in the planned session (those offered via MS Teams) please email Tracey Walton five working days prior to the start date of the session.

This will guarantee you receive the MS Teams link to access the session. If you email leaving 4 working days before the session, as Tracey’s email inbox is not monitored while she is away from the office, your email may not read, meaning you may not revieve the meeting link in time.

If you have any reasonable adjustments that will support you, please let me know about these when you email me. We will accommodate these wherever possible, or advise why we are not able to on that occasion and reach out to discuss any other adjustments that may help.

Thank you for your interest in designing the service and I look forward to hearing from you.

Any queries or concerns please email Tracey at tracey.walton@norfolk.gov.uk
