Working Groups

The Norfolk Autism Partnership Board Working Groups oversee the implementation of the plans set out by the Partnership Board. These groups are inclusive and involve autistic people, parents and carers and experts by experience. Every member of the group has a defined role, with responsibility and ownership to explore all solutions to problems.

Awaiting update from Group Lead

The group reviewed feedback from the November Norfolk Autism Partnership Board meeting, recommending a RAG rating format for the Year One Plan progress document, with colours indicating different levels of progress, though alternatives like a rainbow spectrum were also discussed.

A timetable for updates and meetings was shared.

It was agreed that the group would update the Board in January on Year One achievements and planning for Year Two.

They will revise communication processes, including timely updates and reminders, and revisit the BRAG system at the next meeting.
